Shipping & delivery.

JESSIE currently uses a local dispatch workflow for deliveries in Port Harcourt. Delivery charges are calculated during checkout using the current store settings.

Delivery fees

Orders that meet the store's active free-delivery threshold receive free delivery. Orders below that threshold are charged the delivery fee configured by JESSIE.

Order processing

After an order is created, payment is confirmed before processing and dispatch. Customers can follow the order from payment through processing, dispatch, delivery and final receipt confirmation.

Please provide a complete delivery address, working phone number and useful landmark. Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may delay dispatch.

Use your private order reference and access token on the JESSIE tracking page. Do not share the access token publicly.
